Our Services
-
Advocacy
We explore the tools and information that women use to support self-advocacy groupings around key issues that affect them, and we do this through independent research.
We aim to show the reality as it is told by Global majority women, which we make available to aid transformation programmes, policy making, or to create awareness.
Our most recent project involves highlighting the impact of climate change on women in rural and farming communities.
-
Coaching
We coach individuals, leaders and managers of private and social enterprise companies who recognise the need to build and maintain inclusive work and community environments.
Our coaching workshops are designed to help leaders of diverse teams by providing insights and tools to effectively support and manage inclusivity.
Our individual sessions focus on creating pathways to autonomy and building resilience in the face of gender-based barriers.
-
Storytelling
We share some lived experiences (and supporting data) of women around the world, which are often shrouded by targeted algorithms and do not always make the news headlines.
The stories we share are of the lived experiences of Global majority women.
We draw on the power of oral tradition, and we believe that for change to happen, awareness is the first step.

Workshops
Our series of workshops, which we call Alchemy, is how we turn the collective knowledge of the IAWA community into valuable knowledge for women around the world through our hubs in Europe and Africa. In these gatherings, participants learn, unlearn, forgive, heal and grow.
Our flagship workshop is called ‘Transitional Planning’ for those who care about their future. We invite you to join the waiting list for our next session.
